Return Policies
We hope you love your items as much as we loved creating them. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 3 days after receiving your order to make a return.
Return conditions:

Items must be unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

Personalized items are non-refundable. To make a return, please email us at contact@lunaiaart.ca with your order number.
Delivery Policies

Without signature :
The package can be left at the door or in a location deemed secure by Purolator. Once Purolator indicates that the package has been delivered, Lunaïa Art cannot be held responsible for theft, loss, or non-receipt of the package. If you prefer a more secure delivery, we strongly recommend choosing the signature option.

Signature required : Packages are delivered with a signature required. If you are unable to be present at the time of delivery, Purolator will leave a delivery notice and you can pick up your package at the designated drop-off point.
In the event of a claim for non-receipt when a signature is required, we may request proof of signature from Purolator. If no valid signature is found, Purolator is liable and an investigation will be initiated.
Order cancellation
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. If you made a mistake when selecting a product or would like to change one, you can write to us at contact@lunaiaart.ca, indicating your order number and the details of the product you wish to exchange.
