What are the processing and delivery times?

Each order is carefully prepared in our workshop in Quebec.

Processing: 3 to 7 working days depending on the period.
Delivery: generally between 2 and 7 working days depending on the carrier and the region.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

What materials do you use?

We mainly use high quality birch plywood, as well as acrylic.
All materials are carefully selected for their durability, natural finish, and child safety. Each piece is hand-sanded to prevent splinters and provide a smooth, pleasant-to-the-touch surface.

Can I make a custom order?

We offer the possibility of creating personalized pieces according to your needs.
Simply send us your idea, sketch or model to contact@lunaiaart.ca.
We will analyze your request to check its feasibility and send you a personalized quote as soon as possible.

Are the products safe for children?

All our products are carefully crafted from quality Canadian wood.

Each piece is sanded several times to remove small splinters and achieve a smooth, safe surface.

Next, we apply an edible, child-friendly beeswax to naturally protect the wood without chemicals.

Are paints and varnishes non-toxic?

Yes. We only use natural, non-toxic paints and waxes, without harmful chemicals.
When necessary, we apply an edible beeswax to protect the wood while maintaining a natural and safe finish.

Are the products compatible with IKEA TROFAST tables?

Yes. Our inserts are specially designed to fit IKEA TROFAST tables.
They fit perfectly into standard IKEA bins, transforming the table into a practical and attractive play or learning station.
